Donation Refund Policy
Jan Kalyan Samajik Samiti institutes a donation refund policy for fair and transparent processing. As a non-profit, we expect all donations are made voluntarily for the cause.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered for technical errors, duplicate transactions, or unauthorized use. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us via jankalyanngo.org. Include your transaction ID, date of donation, and proof of payment. Our team will review within 7-10 working days.
Tax Certificate Implications
If a tax deduction certificate has already been issued for a donation, that donation becomes ineligible for a refund per government financial regulations.
